PURPOSE:

The first step in accessing Program funding is completion of the following “General Program Application”. This allows Program Administrators to determine initial eligibility for funding. (NOTE: A business plan is not required at this stage.)

You will be informed in writing of the results of the general application process. If initial funding eligibility is confirmed and the “General Program Application” is approved, the application process will continue to the business plan stage.

  1. To ensure that your application is processed as quickly as possible, please ensure that the application is completed in its entirety.

  2. Please ensure that your application is signed and dated.
