Did You Know?

Aboriginal Employment Development partnerships include all twelve Regional Health Authorities, the Saskatchewan School Boards Association and the Saskatchewan Environmental Industry and Managers Association.

First Nations and Métis Relations promotes Aboriginal peoples, communities and organizations, facilitates improved cross-cultural relations, and advances opportunities for Aboriginal people in the province of Saskatchewan.

The Aboriginal Employment Development Program promotes Aboriginal training and employment in the province.

The Ministry of First Nations and Métis Relations provides small grants to organizations for a variety of First Nations and Métis events, projects and other initiatives.

The Aboriginal Urban Management Authorities Program promotes Aboriginal community development, enabling First Nations and Métis people to develop their own service delivery systems in urban settings.

Are you an Aboriginal person wanting to acquire, start or expand your own business? We are inviting applications from Aboriginal entrepreneurs who want to get involved in the growth sectors of Saskatchewan's economy.

The First Nations and Metis Women’s Initiative enables provincial Aboriginal women's organizations to undertake special projects and policy development activities of benefit to their respective memberships
